Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 28 yeas as on 30-11-2015. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC as per rules GOI rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess First class diploma in Printing Technology of at least 03 years full time duration with 02 years experience in the printing field for S.No.1, First class B.Sc.(Sci) with one year full time Professional qualification for S.No.2, 3 & 5, First class Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Engg./ IT of at least 3 years full time duration with 2 years experience in area of Software Development/ Website/ Database Management for S.No.4.

Selection Process: Candidates will be called for test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to Pay Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank and valid for at least 3 months in favour of “Director, NISCAIR” and payable at New Delhi. SC/ ST/ PH/ Women/ CSIR Employees/Abroad candidates are exempted from Fee.

ONLINE: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.niscair.res.in on or before 23-11-2015 till 05:30 PM or send their application in prescribed format (hard copy) along with attested copies of the certificates, mark sheets, testimonials in support of age, education qualifications, experience, re-prints of publications and caste certificate, one recent passport size self-signed photograph, Demand Draft and in an envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Technical Assistant (Post Code and Category) to: The Administrative Officer, National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), Pusa Campus, Dr. K S Krishnan Marg, New Delhi – 110 012 on or before 30-11-2015 till 05:30 PM.
