Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 28 yeas as on 30-11-2015. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC as per rules GOI rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess SSC/ 10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks PLUS ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate.

Selection Process: Candidates will be called for test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to Pay Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank and valid for at least 3 months in favour of “Director, NISCAIR” and payable at New Delhi. SC/ ST/ PH/ Women/ CSIR Employees/Abroad candidates are exempted from Fee.

ONLINE: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.niscair.res.in on or before 23-11-2015 till 05:30 PM or send their application in prescribed format (hard copy) along with attested copies of the certificates, mark sheets, testimonials in support of age, education qualifications, experience, re-prints of publications and caste certificate, one recent passport size self-signed photograph, Demand Draft and in an envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Technical Assistant (Post Code and Category) to The Administrative Officer, National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), Pusa Campus, Dr. K S 

Krishnan Marg, New Delhi – 110 012 on or before 30-11-2015 till 05:30 PM.
