2.	State Anchor – Retail Chain	01	Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, agribusiness, rural management, trade, supply chain or other relevant disciplines from a reputed institute. Experience : • Minimum 10 years of experience in working on value chains, rural markets, rural retail chains, supply  chain management and sales and marketing in rural areas. • Previous experience of working with rural marketing chain or corporate businesses • Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing in English • Willingness to train local staff on day-to-day basis • Good working knowledge of computer programs such as word, excel etc. Age : Below 55 years
3.	Consultant-Enterprises Marketing	01	Educational Qualification: Any Post Graduate • Understanding of the enterprise space as well as market linkages for rural products • Demonstrated interest and results in marketing of SHG products • Minimum 4-6 years of experience of marketing & sales, out of which 2 years at a leadership level • Proven track record of achieving high sales targets Age : Below 40 years
4.	State Expert (Wash):	01	Educational Qualification: • Post-graduate degree in Public Health/ Nutrition/ Environmental Science/ Public Policy and Administration/Rural Management/ Social Sciences from a reputed institute or any related degree with a Diploma/Certificate/Training in Solid and Liquid Waste Management/Sanitation. • 5-7 years of relevant experience in WASH and nutrition in national and international development organizations • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi • Excellent computer skills particularly MS Office. • Should be sensitive and receptive to the needs of rural poor and marginalized  Age: Below 55 years
5.	State Expert (PHN):	01	Educational Qualification: • Post-graduate degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Public Policy and/or Administration, Social Sciences • 5 years of experience in the field of public health, community nutrition, rural management, rural development with national and international organizations. • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi • Excellent computer skills especially MS Office • Should be sensitive and receptive to the needs of rural poor and marginalized  Age: Below 55 years
6.	Deputy General Manager (DGM) / Project Manager	01	Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Science/Commerce/Arts/Business Administration or Engineering graduates with experience in Computers/ Information Technology. • Graduates with professional qualifications can also be considered depending on merits of the case. Experience: • Minimum 10 years of experience as IT professional / Bank/ Microfinance /Financial institution/Rural Development, preferably with experience in Financial Inclusion (FI). • Knowledge on banking products with special focus on rural products. • Thorough knowledge of Information Technology in implementation of Financial Inclusion, hardware and software. • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing large system integration in eGovernance Projects in India. • Experience in costing of IT Projects and systems. • Proficiency in English and Telugu. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Age: 40-60 years, relaxation will be considered for suitable candidates.
7.	Assistant General Manager (Project Management):	02	Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Science/Commerce/Arts/Business Administration or Engineering graduates with experience in Computers/ Information Technology. • Graduates with professional qualifications can also be considered depending on merits of the case. Consultant-Analytics	01	Educational Qualification: • Post Graduate in commerce/ Engineering / Information Technology / Business Administration from a reputed institute or MA in Literature/ Mass communication/ Social Work/Social Sciences. • Basic Analytics coursework or training required. • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. • Excellent IT Experience is mandatory Age : Should be less than 50 years
9.	MIS Expert:	01	Educational Qualification: Graduate in Computer Engineering / post graduation in Computer applications from Reputed  institutions. Experience  • 8 years of experience in project management and monitoring of IT projects of large scale with design, development, installation, data migration/ service migration, MIS with distributed spread of the end users. Age : Below 40 years
10.	Analytics Specialist:	01	Educational Qualification: • Graduate in Computer Engineering from reputed institutions. Experience • 6 years of experience in data management, BI solutions for large scale customers with design, development, installation of BI & DSS service with distributed spread of the end users. Age : Below 40 years
11.	Project Manager	01	Educational Qualification: He/She shall be a post graduate in commerce, preferably be a CA/ICWA/ MBA Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale development project and at least 3 years as an Accounts officer/Finance manager Age : Below 40 years
12.	State Project Manager:	01	Educational Qualification: • MBA-HR/ MHRM / Any Post Graduation with Experience in Management of Human Resources Experience • 10 years experience in large organizations, designing and managing large requirements, performance evaluations, training programmes, preparing pay packages and contracts, transfers and Postings, counseling and other employment benefit services. Age : Below 50 years
13.	Project Manager:	01	Educational Qualification: • MBA-HR/ MHRM / Any Post Graduation with Experience in Management of Human Resources Experience • Above 5 years of experience in large organizations in the relevant field. Age: Below 45 years
14.	State Project Manager	01	Educational Qualification: • Post Graduation Experience • Minimum 5 years working experience in the organizations which follows World Bank guidelines • Government Officers on deputation • Procurement specialists in national and international agencies Age : Candidate should be more than 35 years and less than 50 years

Age Limit : Candidates age should be below 55 years for S.No1, 2, 4, 5, below 40 years for S.No3, 9, 10, between 40-60 years for S.No6, between 35-40 years for S.No7, less than 50 years for S.No8, 12, below 40 years for S.No9, 10, 11, below 45 years for S.No3 & between 35-50 years for S.No14.
