1	Senior Research Fellow	Candidates should have M.Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Nanoscience and Technology with at least two years of research experience in relevant field/ M.Tech. Materials Science/ Nanoscience and Technology must have second class master degree with a minimum of 55% marks or M.Phil in the subject concerned or a related subject.
