Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade and have relevant experiences & Qualifying in the National Level Test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on test & interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 500/- for (Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ BPL-Antodya/ WFF of HP) through crossed Indian Postal Order only in favour of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla-171005 payable at Shimla. No fee for Ex-servicemen/ Visual handicapped of HP.
