Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science along with NET qualification (or) M.Tech in Nano science and Technology/  Materials Science and Engineering/ Nuclear Science and Engineering (with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA) .
