Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-27 years as on 30-06-2015. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PH, 15 years for PH (SC/ ST), 13 years for PH (OBC) candidates & for others as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Senior Secondary (Class XII) certificate/ equivalent from a recognized board/ university with 50% marks with minimum 35 words per minute in English type writing.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on trade test/ typing test on computer.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti payable at Shillong. No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ Ex-servicemen/ Physically handicapped candidates.
