4.	Watchman	03	able to write, read and speak Odiya and must have passed M.E Examination in Odiya as a Subject

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be able to write, read and speak Odiya and must have passed M.E Examination in Odiya as a Subject for post no. 02, 03 & 04, ITI Pass in Matriculation or Non-matric trades or passed at-least 03 modules under Modular Employable Skill (MES) Scheme in a particular Skill sector from a Govt approved Institution for post no. 02
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 to 32 years as on 01-07-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Qualification, Viva Voice & Experience.
