OR Full time Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University securing not leass than 60% marks in aggregate and at least 7 (Seven) years teaching experience in an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University and / or Hotel & Catering Industry
4.	Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor	03	Full time Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University and full time Master’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management securing not less that 60% marks in aggregate either in bachelor’s or master’s degree. OR Full time Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate and at least 2 (TWO) years experience in Hotel & Catering Industry. Persons who were working as Teaching Associate as on 20-02-2013 will be eligible to apply for the post with two years teaching experience
5.	Accountant	01	Essential Qualifications : Graduate from recognized University with 5 years experience in commercial or educational institutes. Desirable: (i) Graduation in commerce from recognized University. (ii) Knowledge of computers.
6.	Assistant	01	Essential Qualifications: Graduate from recognized University with atleast 3 years experience in administrative and accounts with knowledge of computer.
7.	Librarian	01	Essential Qualifications: Degree in Library Science from a recognized University or Graduate with Diploma in Library Science from recognized University with 3 years experience of working in a library.
8.	Technician cum Care Taker	01	Essential Qualifications: 10+2 standard pass with I.T.I Trade certificates a mechanic / electrician or both.Possessing wireman license essential in addition to above with 3 years experience

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree from recognized university, 3-year diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management/ State Board of Technical Education/ Recognized University for post no. 01, Bachelors degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate for post no. 02, Full time Bachelors degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management after 10+2 from recognized University and full time Masters degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/ Hotel Management securing not less that 60% marks in aggregate either in bachelors or masters degree for post no. 04. Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceed 52 years for post no. 01, 40 years for post no. 02, 35 years for post no. 03, 30 years for post no. 04, 42 years for post no. 05 to 08 as on 09-05-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on written test.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay a demand draft of Rs. 200/- in favor of “INSITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, YAMUNANAGAR”, payable at Yamunanagar for the post of Senior Lecturer, Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer, Accountant, Assistant & Librarian.
