Junior Research Fellow	01	Essential: Masters degree in Computer Science/ IT / Computer Applications OR Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications /Electronics / Electronics & Communication or related branch with at least one year experience/training in GIS after graduation, preferably from an organisation dealing with Geospatial Technologies. Desirable: .Net Developer Experience with C, C#, .Net, Visual Studio 2010, Core Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, JQuery, Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL, PostGRE SQL, Sqlite, Reports and Object Oriented Programming. Experience in developing Web Based Information Systems.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Masters degree in Computer Science/ IT / Computer Applications OR Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications /Electronics / Electronics & Communication.

Age limit: Not more than 37 years on the date of interview. Additional 5 years in case of SC/ST/BC/PHC with due supporting certificate attested by Gazetted Officer.

Selection process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in written test and interview.

Application fee: Rs.600/- by cash or Demand Draft (in favour of Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre payable at Ludhiana) must be deposited in the office of Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, PAU Campus Ludhiana on or before the date of interview.

The filled in application forms along with one set of attested copies of certificates, two passport size photographs and non refundable fee Rs.600/- for JRF by cash or Demand Draft (in favour of Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre payable at Ludhiana) must be deposited in the office of Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, PAU Campus Ludhiana on or before the date of interview by 10.00 A.M. to be eligible for interview starting at 11.00 AM.
